The Election Commission has asked the police to lodge a complaint against the BJP leader over the communal tweet made against those opposing the Citizenship Amendment Act. Bharatiya Janata Party has made Kapil Mishra a candidate from Model Town.
दिल्ली में विधानसभा चुनाव को लेकर सरगर्मियां तेज हैं. बीजेपी-कांग्रेस और सत्ताधारी आम आदमी पार्टी के बीच आरोप प्रत्यारोप का दौर भी जारी है. इसी बीच चुनाव आयोगने बीजेपी नेता कपिल मिश्रा के एक ट्वीट को लेकर उनके खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करने के निर्देश दिए हैं. चुनाव आयोग ने पुलिस को नागरिकता संशोधन अधिनियम का विरोध करने वालों के खिलाफ किए गए सांप्रदायिक ट्वीट पर बीजेपी नेता के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज करने के लिए कहा है. बता दें कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने कपिल मिश्रा को मॉडल टाउन से उम्मीदवार बनाया है.
